How We Price
Every quote is based on the property. Square footage, terrain, and access all factor in. We price Lawn Mowing, Lawn Edging, and Yard Clean-Up per visit. Power Washing and House Cleaning are priced by surface area and scope. Mobile Auto Detailing is priced by vehicle size and package. You approve the number before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
Recurring Service Rates
Ongoing customers get set rates. We lock your Lawn Mowing and Lawn Edging price at the start of the season. Weekly and biweekly schedules are available. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time work. Your rate holds unless the property changes. We tell you before any adjustment takes effect.

How do I get an updated quote?
Contact us with your address and the service you need. We come to you, assess the property on-site, and send a written quote. Most quotes are ready within one business day.
Can my rate change mid-season?
Your recurring rate stays fixed unless the scope changes. Added square footage, new surfaces, or an expanded clean-up can affect the price. We notify you before any change.
Do you charge for travel?
No. We serve Independence, MO and the surrounding area, and travel within our service area is included in your quote.
How and when do I pay?
We invoice after each completed visit or on your regular billing cycle. Recurring customers can arrange a set monthly statement.
Do you offer bundled pricing?
Yes. Combining services such as Lawn Mowing, Lawn Edging, and Yard Clean-Up on the same visit reduces your per-service cost. Ask us to build a bundle for your property.
